We are looking for a Credit Investigator/Collector/Liaison Officer to join us in building the company, and to develop relationships between partners and the organization. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in Credit and Collections.

Job Description

Own and understand users’ needs and pain points to develop suitable products and experiences to address these
Identify product gaps and collect new ideas to further improve the customer experience
Regularly report and present product updates, milestones, and bottlenecks to ensure timely deliverables
Own, manage, and prioritize backlog to maximize business value
Work with the data science team to utilize insights for data-driven decision making

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or similar
At least 2 years’ experience as product manager, product owner or other equivalent roles
Experience in managing all aspects of product management throughout its lifecycle
Expertise on Loan Products or the Lending Business is a plus
Experience on the Agile Scrum Process is a must
Certified Product Owner Certification is preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Can speak and write English fluently
