Our rural bank entity has been in the banking business providing agricultural and salary loans within its community for over 60 years and will rebrand as GoodBank as we grow, expand, and aim to serve the rest of the Philippines. 

 

We are looking for a Credit Specialist to join us in building the company, and to develop relationships between partners and the organization. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in banking and credit operations.

Job Description 

​

• Review credit proposals to guarantee accurate decision making by leaders in accordance to guidelines 

• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies 

• Monitor counterparties and anticipate potential impact of market events on business environment 

• Maintain close communication with the shared service operation for appropriate implementations of risk 

​

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in any field  

• At least one year of experience in a credit specialist role or similar  

• Entrepreneurial spirit 

• Can work independently with minimal supervision 

• Can speak and write English fluently 

​
