We are looking for a IT DevOps L2 to join us in building the company, and to ensure successful delivery of projects. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in strategic project management.

Job Description

Address incident and service request tickets.
Provide Level 2 and on-call support.
Maintain administrator level access on all production applications.
Monitor application availability, capacity and performance.
Implement change requests in UAT and Production environment.
Administer and maintain IT systems infrastructure, deal with servers, databases, network and

Cloud.
Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run

IT operations.
Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities.
Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Generates reports.
Perform AD Hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Cloud environment familiarization and experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology or other related courses.
Knowledge of Linux / Shell Scripting is a plus.
Knowledgeable in Service Support, Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Operations.
Good troubleshooting experience.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should be flexible for working in shifts.
Able to work in a process-oriented environment.
