We are looking for an Events Specialist to join us in building the company through developing and organizing events for various purposes. We are looking for an individual with a fun and friendly personality, love for startups, and expertise in events management and operations.

Job Description 

​

• Conceptualize and develop event marketing plans for various brand activaion initiatives by the company

• Spearhead end-to-end events management including external brand-building events, internal company events and others

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders in the delivery of all event requirements

• Liaise with external vendors such as suppliers and agencies

• Perorm all administrative tasks necessary for pre-event, event, proper, and post-event implementation

• Provide support to the Marketing team in brand awareness campaigns

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration and other related majors an advantage)

• Experience and background in events management

• Experience in marketing in the banking or fintech industry

• Must be a self-starter with a multi-tasking ability

• Strong organization skills and an eye for details

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Can work independently with minimal supervision

• Can speak and write English fluently
