We are looking for a Finance & Admin Officer to join us in building the company, and to ensure efficient financial management of resources. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in financial management.
Job Description
-
Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts including daily and monthly cash flow reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action.

Monitoring of disbursement/checks and other expenses and utilizing technical expertise to encourage decision-making based on data.

Support month-end and year-end close process

Merchant settlement according to SLA

Full ownership of AR/AP processes

Manage monthly forecast update and comparison to actuals. Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Work on projects with the CFO on various projects as advised from time to time.

General administrative tasks and other duties as requested by the CFO
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

5+ years of progressive financial operations experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization

Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.

Desire to help build the organization in a startup environment, innovative and able to suggest policies and business process improvement.
