We are looking for a Finance & Admin Officer to join us in building the company, and to ensure efficient financial management of resources. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in financial management. 

Job Description 

  • Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts including daily and monthly cash flow reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action.

  • Monitoring of disbursement/checks and other expenses and utilizing technical expertise to encourage decision-making based on data.

  • Support month-end and year-end close process

  • Merchant settlement according to SLA

  • Full ownership of AR/AP processes

  • Manage monthly forecast update and comparison to actuals. Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.

  • Work on projects with the CFO on various projects as advised from time to time.

  • General administrative tasks and other duties as requested by the CFO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 5+ years of progressive financial operations experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization

  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.

  • Desire to help build the organization in a startup environment, innovative and able to suggest policies and business process improvement.
