We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join us in building the company’s HR department to prepare for growth and scale. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, startups, and people operations. 

Job Description 

  • Support management team to define and implement Human Resources policies, tools, and processes 

  • Ensure trackers and systems are regularly organized and maintained 

  • Lead and own talent acquisition function including but not limited to job description/job ad placement, coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, contract preparation, and onboarding 

  • Ideate, develop, and execute people and culture initiatives to better foster camaraderie within the company 

  • Regularly prepare and present HR reports to upper management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Psychology, Management, or Entrepreneurial studies an advantage) 

  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a startup work environment 

  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit 

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision 

  • Can speak and write English fluently
