We are looking for a Legal Intern to join us in building the company, and to support our legal and compliance efforts. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and interest in the legal aspect of running a business.

Job Description 

​

• Draft and review legal contracts and policies in compliance with BSP and other regulators 

• Own and drive applications for licenses and permits to ensure legal and compliant company operations 

• Support the Bank President, CFO, Legal Counsel, and other key stakeholders as required 

​

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Law, or similar courses 

• Previous experience documenting legal policies and contracts preferred 

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 

• Entrepreneurial spirit 

• Can work independently with minimal supervision 

• Can speak and write English fluently
