Operating under an established rural bank, GoodBank aims to become the leanest regulated bank in the Philippines reaching 90% GDP through national expansion. 

 

Our rural bank entity has been in the banking business providing agricultural and salary loans within its community for over 60 years and will rebrand as GoodBank as we grow, expand, and aim to serve the rest of the Philippines. 

 

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join us in building the company, and to develop relationships between partners and the organization. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in stakeholder management and reports management.

Job Description 

​

• Execute on set standards, processes, SLAs, SOPs and service warranties set by managers 

• Ensure that all systems are running smoothly and in accordance with our quality standards 

• Take on outbound calls if needed 

• Prepare and analyze reports based on previous, and current data 

• Provide data and feedback to inform initiatives for operational efficiency and improvement

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Management or Entrepreneurial Studies are an advantage)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Entrepreneurial spirit 

• Can work independently with minimal supervision 

• Can speak and write English fluently
