We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us in building the company, and to ensure successful delivery of projects. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in strategic project management. 

Job Description 

  • Conduct requirements gathering activity, coordinate with product owners. Document function and technical requirements.    

  • Plan, monitor and control delivery for high quality and predictable outcomes for projects by sprints. Manage the delivery of effort within schedule, cost and quality based on an Agile mindset. 

  • Monitor and produce regular reports for senior management and project team. Attend daily standups. Implement continuous improvements. 

  • Baseline the scope and estimate, plan and manage the work in coordination with development team and solutions architect.  

  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments adhering to strategic direction set by senior management 

  • Organize and chair regular project team meetings, for e.g. inception/scoping meetings, phase kick-off meetings and daily stand-ups. 

  • Ensure sign-off of key documentation and artifacts. 

  • Conduct testing of GoodTech products under development in collaboration with QA team. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Information Technology, Management, or Entrepreneurial studies an advantage)  

  • At least 5 years of working experience 

  • PMP Certified and knowledge on PMBOK 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit 

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision 

  • Can speak and write English fluently
