GoodTech is on a mission to serve the unbanked and underbanked sector on a country-wide level. 

 

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join us in building the company, and developing our products through design. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, love for tech, and experience in producing functional user interfaces.

Job Description 

​

• Understands and incorporates complex technical and business requirements into research and design 

• Conceives and gives form to solutions with user flows, mockups, and prototypes 

• Conceptualizes and implements the visual language of GoodTech to create innovative, great looking products 

• Consistently improves the quality of the customer experience through iterative, user-centered design practices 

• Complies with work instructions, processes and procedures and identifies way to improve efficiency and effectiveness 

• Consistently applies the GoodTech Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, Brand attributes and values in all aspects of work

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Information Technology, Management, or Entrepreneurial studies an advantage)  

• At least 3 years of working experience 

• Experience with standard design and prototyping tools - Figma, XD, Sketch, etc. 

• Working knowledge of frontend development - HTML, CSS, JS 

• Entrepreneurial spirit 

• Has great aesthetics 

• Is curious and a critical thinker 

• Has a portfolio or sample work 

• Can work independently with minimal supervision 

• Can speak and write English fluently
